  • Who is this program NOT for?

    • Anyone looking for a quick fix. This program is about sustainability.

    • Anyone needing extensive individualized 1-ON-1 support. However, if you require a lot of accountability and progress coaching, you can add on affordable 1-ON-1 sessions or a coaching package. You can also join a 21 Day Cycle Challenge.

  • What is a "Cycle"?

    We have strategically established 12 Cycles for 2021.
    (SEE CALENDAR ABOVE)

    The reason we train in cycles is mainly for sustainability and to learn how to balance discipline and enjoyment.

    We have observed that most people lose interest in training and become less compliant around the 3 week mark when participating in any fitness program.

    Most Cycles are 4 weeks - 3 weeks of training while in a specific caloric deficit for fat loss and 1 week of deload at maintenance calories to facilitate recovery, muscle growth and gradually improve metabolism.

    SUMMER MONTH Cycles are 5 weeks - 3 seeks of training and 2 weeks of deload. To allow for extra summer enjoyment!

    Once fat loss / body weight goals are reached, clients train at maintenance or surplus, depending on their new goals.

  • What if I can't commit to all of the Cycles?

    Honestly, we don't expect you to commit or stay 100% compliant for ALL of the Cycles.

    We fully expect that you will experience struggles, challenges, hardships and setbacks throughout the challenges of your transformation journey. You should too! That's part of LIFE and being HUMAN and we encourage our clients to accept and expect this reality right from the get go! It's written into our Program.

    Having said that, if you do not stay compliant or accountable for whatever reason, we will always do what we can to support you and help you get your head back in the game when you are ready to do so, at any time. No judgement, guilt or shame.... just a lot of KICKASS encouragement to KEEP GOING!!

    That's why this program never ENDS! Once you are IN, you are one of US! We got you!

  • Do I have to track my food or calorie intake?

    You will be encouraged to meal plan, track your food and caloric/macro intake until you become familiar with the content of the food and drinks you are consuming on a regular basis.

    Most people don't even realize the amount of calories they are over-consuming and how the content of those calories are affecting their body. This is SO important to understand. This knowledge is powerful and sustainability relies HEAVILY on it.

  • Do you provide meal plans?

    Meal plans are not provided as part of this program. Instead, we provide you with the knowledge to calculate the calories/macros you should consuming to achieve your body composition goals. We recommend and encourage you to eat and drink what you LIKE based on those calculations so you can learn how to sustainably balance discipline and enjoyment.

    Ultimately, we want YOU to learn how to fuel YOUR body for YOUR goals. It's not that hard once you get the hang of it and understand the content of the foods and drinks you are consuming. We promise!

    If you want us to write a meal plan for you based on the foods you enjoy, one of our coaches would be happy to work with you, at an additional cost.

  • What type of resistance training options come with the program?

    There are 3 different resistance training options. You can choose which option you would like to follow based on your goals, lifestyle, time constraints and ability to commit.

    MOST OF OUR CLIENTS only resistance train 3 days a week and have achieved amazing results.

  • What resistance training equipment do I need?

    Most exercises can be performed with bodyweight or equipment alternatives that can be found around the house, if you do not have access to the gym or any resistance equipment.

    The "NICE TO HAVE" resistance training equipment list (depending on your strength) for home based training would be the following:

    - Tube/handled resistance bands.
    - Mini loop resistance bands.
    - Dumbells (5lb, 8lb, 10lb, 15lb, 20lb)
    - Stability ball.

    Obviously, if you have access to a gym, you are golden! But it is not necessary to be successful in this program. Some of our most amazing transformations have been achieved at home! =)

  • Do you have to do a lot of Cardio?

    NO. In fact, we don't even assign "cardio"... we just recommend that you increase your activity by tracking "steps" and setting a goal of 10,000 - 15,000 steps throughout the day or 70,000 - 105,000 steps over the course of a week. This should use a sufficient amount of calories and contribute adequately to your deficit.

    Owning a wearable step tracking device is highly recommended for optimal results in this program. We also offer incentives and challenges just for STEPS!
